You’ll receive personalized attention and communication throughout, access to your private client portal, and a clear design process that ensures every choice feels cohesive and considered.
The Investment
The Room by Room Design Package is a flat-fee design service beginning at $3000, with a minimum project starting investment of $8,000.
​This package includes furniture and material procurement, ensuring your space is curated and cohesive from the start. Warehousing is recommended for seamless delivery and installation.
Timeline and Service Area
Room-by-room projects typically span 1–6 months, depending on the project’s scope and trade timelines.

We serve clients within a 30-mile radius of Saint Johns, Florida, with limited availability for projects outside this area.
