Travel is one of my all time favorite things and I've been quite a few places! I've stayed budget, luxury, somewhere in between, hotel, motel, and short term rental (STR). From all my travels, I've come to get some real knowledge for what's necessary for a great stay; but I've also taken some really great STR training courses that solidify that knowledge. Your guests want comfort, fun, something unique, and experiences. They want all the amenities of home and to be able to relax comfortably after a day of exploring. They want a romantic trip, a girls weekend, time to make family memories and a space to kick back. I want your rental to be that place. COLOR CONSULTATION
Want a cohesive color scheme in your home or business but not really sure where to start? Color is complicated and nuanced. There are undertones in every white and neutral, no matter what you are picking; and it's very important to work with those undertones to make the hues not clash. I offer a six part process that works through what you have existing, what you are trying to achieve, how you feel about color and more. Painting a home can be expensive and I want you to get it right the first time!

Costs are varied by how much work is being done. Walls, plumbing, and electrical moving will drive the costs up. The low end prices are in line with purchasing your own items, and doing your own work. Bringing in trades and a designer will add costs, as well as the finishes/ furnishings selected.
