The Investment
A truly personalized home requires thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and expert management with a typical whole home minimum project investment of $100,000 for construction and furnishings. ​
Timeline and Service Area
Each project is unique, typically spanning 6–24 months, depending on scope and construction timelines.

We serve clients within a 30-mile radius of Saint Johns, Florida, and selectively take on projects beyond this area on a case-by-case basis.
