The Experience
From your first consultation to the final white-glove installation, we manage every part of your project with care and precision.
You’ll be guided through each stage, from design concept and selections to coordination with your contractor and final styling, all with a trusted expert by your side.
We listen deeply, design intentionally, and bring your vision to life with an approach that feels elevated yet personal. Giving you a home that feels richly layered with stories, texture and personality. We take care to bring unique style to every home.
The Investment
A truly personalized home requires thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and expert management with a typical whole home minimum project investment of $100,000 for construction and furnishings. With design fees starting at $20,000.
Timeline and Service Area
Each project is unique, typically spanning 6–24 months, depending on scope and construction timelines.
We serve clients within a 30-mile radius of Saint Johns, Florida, and selectively take on projects beyond this area on a case-by-case basis.
