A Palm Coast Retreat
This project was a collaboration with another designer. It's always really exciting to work with other designers in the field and this was no exception. She had clients who were coming from New York and were buying a home in Palm Coast, Florida. She was caught up on some larger projects and asked for my help with doing some of the selections for her clients.

They were looking for a modern coastal aesthetic. After living many years in NY they were ready to embrace the coastal vibe of Florida, but not quite fully ready to give up the glamour of NY. Combining the two elements was a lot of fun. Creating the sleek look of metals and grays along with the beautiful calming blues of the water and serene artwork to pull it all together.
Welcome Home
Right from the entrance we wanted that "welcome home" feeling. Adding a console for a necessary drop zone, a plant to soften the feeling, and a mirror to give that contemporary feeling helped create this welcoming entrance.
Comfortable and Modern
The clients wanted a comfortable living room that they can relax in. Retiring to Florida meant relaxation to them! Finding that perfect sofa that they could relax into was huge for them. Here you can also see elements of the serene blue ocean blues coming in but with the modern twist that they desired.
Primary Bedroom
The Primary Bedroom was done in soft grays in taupes. It was a blend of linens, and chromes to again create that balance of textures to give the modern and livable feelings they were looking for.
Secondary Bedrooms
The Secondary Bedrooms had more elements of blues woven in and coastal elements giving them a less formal feeling. Still feeling elevated, but beautiful and cohesive to the rest of the home.
