Living Room Refresh
This client was tired of looking at her traditional furniture and wanted something a bit more modern and coastal. She recently had redone her kitchen and wanted to bring the blue of the island into the living room. Her furniture was still in good condition, so she chose to reupholster her chairs, couch and pillows. She wanted to add new side tables, lamps, ottomans, area rug and a coffee table. We worked together to select fabrics that would be durable for her family and sweet dogs and long lasting. The updated pieces were just the right amount of modern without losing the traditional vibes of her home.
"We had a tired living room with 25 year old furniture that was in dire need of a refresh. Heather was fantastic to work with! She helped pick new fabric for the furniture, as well as updated lamps and décor that tied the whole room together with the rest of our house that had been updated recently. Heather was mindful of our budget and really helped ensure the room reflected our family's style. Heather was fantastic to work with . . . she's got a great eye for colors and aesthetics and we love our new living room!"

Brighter and New
When my client came to me and said she wanted something more updated, fresh, and a little bit coastal; I knew which way to go! She had furniture that was still in great shape, that was easy to recover. We chose fabrics that would be durable with her pet friendly home. She also wanted to make sure they would work for when she moves out to her dream location of beach life. She had already renovated her kitchen and wanted a color palette that would work with her island and walls. Blue was the answer!
Bringing in the Transitional Vibe
Swapping out her end tables and cocktail table really helped give a much more updated look, along with a lighter area rug. New lamps and bringing in their love of Lego really helped to personalize the space.
Durable and Wavy
The fabrics we chose were a fun wavy pattern to bring in the coastal vibes she wants to connect with in future and the durable denim will hold up for the long haul. Having pieces that will last was a key important piece for them.
